I think we all dream of having an incredibly sexy toned/ripped body that we can stroll down the beach with and make heads turn. Like you I have the same image in my head.

So when I came across Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle I was curious enough to grab a copy. I'm by no means a fitness guru. I sit in a chair 8 hours a day or more infront of a computer. I used to smoke and probably excersise as much as the average person (never).

So I thought I'd give it a go and try out what Tom told me to do. So I printed up the pages he gives you for a workout schedule and meal schedule.

I'm a sucker for junk food so sticking to the foods he says (which are actually abundant and flavor filled) I still would go for junk food (I have 2 kids) because it's nearly impossible to keep all sugary treats out of our house.

So that was the part I was concerned about, sticking to the meal plan. I'll be honest and tell you I didn't strickly stick to the meal plan but I did stick to the workout schedule.

It was only 3 times a week (sometimes I cheated and only worked out 2 times). I just used some cheap weights I had laying around from years ago that I picked up at a garage sale.

Now what was remarkable about this program was the flexability in the workouts. When workouts get boring that's when people tend to quit. Tom made them interesting and different.

I stuck to the workout for 60 days and I lost 25 pounds and 4 inches off my waste. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures because it was truly remarkable.

When I started Tom's Burn The Fat diet program in January, I weighed 317 pounds. As of Dec. 1st, I weigh 226 lbs. 91 pounds of fat gone forever is a pretty cool thing! And by the way...
